The Role


As a partner to the Head of US Benefits, you will work with the broader Total Rewards team to help manage and administer the US benefit programs. Your role involves contributing to the strategic considerations of the benefit programs by evaluating and streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiencies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.


You will report to our Head of Benefits. We operate a flexible working environment - you can work remotely, in one of our US offices, or remotely.


What you will be doing



  • Collaborate with the Head of US Benefits to help administer our benefits programs and to implement strategic priorities aimed at optimizing employee offerings and communications.

  • Supporting our benefits platforms including integration issues and benefits-related issues.

  • Work with carriers/vendors to resolve issues as needed.

  • Oversee the annual reporting of ACA requirements and any other statutory filings.

  • Communicate our benefits offering among HR colleagues, business leaders, managers, and employees.

  • Support the annual benefit renewals, open enrolment processes and employee communications, supporting our HR tech team with testing and integrations.

  • Annual compliance testing, reporting and year-end audits.

  • Project management of new benefit programs and consolidations.

  • Data analytics and ad hoc reporting.

  • Developing our wellbeing program.


What you bring to the role



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 5+ years of experience managing employee benefits programs.

  • Proficient knowledge of Workday including integrations.
