Job Description
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Worldwide campus is currently hiring adjunct faculty to teach AVMG 505 – Human Resource Management & Labor Relations for our Worldwide Campus
Course Description
Focused on advanced topics in human resource management and labor relations within the aviation industry, this course explores complex issues in labor negotiations, employee development, law and organizational culture. Students will develop strategic HR solutions, including talent management strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and strategies for managing a diverse workforce in a global context including the role of unions
Please note that ERAU policy requires that all adjuncts be physically located within the United States while working for the University, including during training. Presently, we are able to support work for new adjuncts from all U.S. states except California. ERAU does not support work from international locations with some limited exceptions for individuals who are residing and working from U.S. military bases.
Qualifications
Terminal Degree From List and Relevant Experience/Industry Credential (basic self-report documentation required). Graduate Degree from List and Relevant Experience/Industry Credential (detailed and verifiable documentation required and Program Coordinator approval). 5 Years (or more) Human Resources or Labor Relations Experience and 3 Years (or more) Human Resources or Labor Relations Experience and SHRM or Similar Certificate
