The Opportunity: The HRIS Specialist is primarily responsible for the support and maintenance of the company’s information system and other HR related systems to ensure accuracy and integrity of data and processes.





What you’ll do:



  • Responsible for assisting in the administration of the HRIS systems, including implementation, administration, system testing, and data maintenance including dashboards, metrics, automated reporting, and data feeds.

  • Collaborate with HRIS Manager on HRIS projects, processes, and reporting.

  • Maintains knowledge, trends and developments in data management, HR technology, and HRIS applications.

  • Support HR Team with the resolution of ACA employees’ complex HRIS-systems and reporting related questions and issues.

  • Serves as a subject matter expert and technical point of contact for functional users of the system, including system training facilitation.

  • Maintain procedures, guidelines and documentation for various HRIS systems.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS systems.

  • Handles simple and complex report requests as needed, as well as data analysis as required for each request.

  • Act as liaison, and/or oversee relationships with HR vendors and brokers with whom ACA does business.

  • Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various internal initiatives.





To Qualify for the role, you will have:



  • Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience preferred, major or concentration in human resources or information technology an asset

  • Two years’ HRIS administration experience

  • Solid working knowledge of Success Factors HCM System and HRIS-related best practices

  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce Platform

  • Experience with creating and maintain Microsoft SharePoint site, pages, and content

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat
