Our PL rate change team is currently seeking an IT Manager in our Worcester, MA location or remote work arrangement.

This is a full time, exempt role.



POSITION OVERVIEW:

Lead the team that implements rate changes for all the personal lines of business. The manager will oversee and ensure PL rate changes are implemented within schedule and with high quality.

Work with PL business leadership to determine schedule of rate changes and continually update the schedule as the business reacts to the changing business environment.

This is a fast-paced environment with many unplanned changes and requires flexibility and attention to detail.



IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:



  • Work with PL business to schedule and implement rate changes

  • Maintain high level of quality by ensuring testing and peer reviews are completed

  • Manage capacity to keep the team ready to implement unplanned rate changes as they come up.

  • Stay flexible to be able to meet constantly changing needs of a rapidly changing business environment.

  • Review and reconcile monthly invoices to ensure accuracy.

  • Continually look for and implement process improvements.

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:



  • Typically has 5-10 Years of IT and business/industry work experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

  • Collaborates aggressively; uses relationships, followership, and influence to get things done

  • Holds self and others accountable for results

  • Knowledge of personal lines insurance, rating, Leankit, and Service Now.
