What You'll Do:
Serve on the Admin Team including but not limited to attending weekly meetings and covering teammates in their absence, and model exemplary teamwork and classroom culture
Manage Teacher Instructional Coaching Program and serve as the Primary Instructional Coach for teachers not under the supervision of another Instructional Coach.
Manage assessment systems ensuring all stakeholders are aware of, internalize, and respond to results.
Guide Grading and Instruction and train staff to utilize tools, data, to implement supports for all students that promote high levels of academic achievement.
Manage the SST process.
Serve as the Special Education administrator.
Supporting and developing teachers including leading and developing the grade level and department leads, leading special education and ELL implementation.
In conjunction with the Principal, facilitate and plan relevant weekly and quarterly Professional Development sessions
Improve Parent and Student communication through planning all academic Parent Sessions, ensuring gradebook accuracy, and ensuring that parents and students are aware of growth and data
We're Looking For:
2+ years of school leadership experience with a strong record of improving student outcomes
A BA or BS Degree
A California Single Subject Teaching Credential or Out of State Teaching Credential - or the appetite to work toward one!

Additional Details
Salary is commensurate with experience. This position is exempt, in-person, and will follow an 11-month schedule.
While a California Single Subject Teaching Credential is preferred, we are committed to supporting high-quality candidates in pursuing full credentialing
