About the Position


Wheel Health is searching for an innovative and experienced individual for the role of Product Marketing Manager. This person will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the adoption and success of Wheel’s product offerings. The ideal candidate will be creative, innovative, and scrappy - able to create and deliver best-in-class product marketing assets. This role is essential to Wheel’s current objectives and future strategic plan/growth strategy.



What You'll Do





  • Product Positioning and Messaging:




    • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Wheel’s products



    • Collaborate with the product team to understand product capabilities, features, and benefits and translate them into clear and persuasive value propositions




  • Go-to-Market Strategy:




    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases



    • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches and announcements




  • Market and Competitive Analysis:




    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights



    • Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning to inform product and marketing strategies




  • Customer Insights and Feedback:




    • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies



    • Develop customer personas and use cases to guide marketing and sales efforts




  • Sales Enablement:




    • Develop sales tools and materials to support the sales team, including presentations, product demos, and training materials



    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively sell Wheel’s products




Who You Are:





  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred



  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in the healthcare or technology industry



  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market, trends, and customer needs



  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills



  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with internal teams



  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
