Duties & Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager, Corporate Administration is responsible for the administrative processes across the company and acting as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors to ensure they have the support needed in exercising their governance duties and oversees the administrative processes for VIAVI

Duties & Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager, Corporate Administration is responsible for the administrative processes across the company and acting as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors to ensure they have the support needed in exercising their governance duties and oversees the administrative processes for VIAVI
As the Senior Manager, Corporate Administration, you will:
Manage the planning, coordination, execution for all VIAVI Board meetings, activities, and programs
Establish relationships with the VIAVI Board to facilitate effective interactions with staff in support of their oversight duties
Oversee written communications with Board members and Committees
Maintain Board management software content and configuration to ensure that the Board has the appropriate materials for their board meetings
Create a network of Global Executive Assistants with VIAVI and oversee administrative processes to ensure consistency across the company
Manage T&E including the corporate credit card administration, processes and policies
Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:
To be successful, you will need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent extensive work experience in a global environment required
5 years of previous executive office or business management experience required, with 8 years of experience preferred
Excellent communication and organization skills
Ability to manage multiple complex tasks to successful outcomes
High degree of attention to detail
Highly adaptable and flexible with the ability to adjust positively to rapidly changing expectations, priorities and work assignments
Ability to exercise the highest level of discretion/maintain confidences
Knowledge of MS Office Suite
Knowledge of Board Portal Software
