Full timeRequirements:
- 7+ years of professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Project and MS Office.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication, business management, cloud software, business tools such as PowerPoint, and spreadsheet software such as Excel.
- Proficiency in leading change using established frameworks.
- Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Experience assessing organizational readiness for change and developing tailored change management plans and roadmaps for business transformation within a short timeframe.
- Experience working with the knowledge management team to develop training programs and content supporting the transformation.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering effective change communication plans ensures employees are informed and engaged throughout the transformation.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and address challenges that may arise during the transformation process.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and manage resistance to change effectively.
- Expertise in coaching and mentoring leaders and guiding teams on agile assessment practices and principles.
- Ability to influence others and achieve common goals.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically.
- Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills.
- Thorough knowledge of and experience in change management principles and methodology.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management and impacted constituents to gather and analyze change management requirements.
- Prepare change management and communication strategies to ensure seamless integration and adoption of change.
- Provide development of written and verbal communications.
- Create training plans and rollout.
- Evaluate cost structures and the budgetary impact of the proposed changes.
CCMP, PMP certifications
Experience in SAP implementation.
Experience with Big 4 consulting.
- Consult with staff members and identify and manage anticipated resistance.
- Build communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the strategy.
- Track implementation progress and report back to management.
- Coach managers and supervisors to improve implementation communication.
Will be a plus:
- CCMP, PMP certifications
- Experience in SAP implementation.
- Experience with Big 4 consulting.
