Job Details:



Do you have solid configuration and troubleshooting in multiple Workday HCM modules, foundational knowledge of business process framework, roles and security and understanding of functional domains and how the pieces fit together? This might be just the role you are looking for!



Responsibilities




  • Provide technical support to end users by troubleshooting issues and supporting training initiatives



  • Create and update various report types including matrix and advanced reports; understand the requirements for report sharing and scheduling



  • Develop and maintain dashboards for various functional areas and all levels of CarepathRx leadership



  • Collaborate with HR Operations team and business owners to maximize existing processes and design (Configure) new system changes to meet the strategic and operational needs of the business across Absence, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting, Time Tracking and Payroll modules



  • Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to Workday; understand and create role/segmented based security groups depending on business requirements



  • Lead semi-annual Workday Release activity and support system updates and implementations



  • Perform other duties as assigned




Skills & Abilities




  • Strong configuration experience with Workday HCM-related modules



  • Agile project management skills, including the ability to reprioritize based on frequently evolving needs



  • Experience with configuring 2 or more HCM modules (Learning, Compensation, Recruiting, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, and Talent & Performance)



  • Ability to leverage technology to drive HR efficiencies and process optimization



  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills including root cause analysis



  • Team player who can also work independently



  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines



  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy



  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment



  • Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills




Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, human resources management, business administration or a related field. Combination of post-secondary education and Workday experience may be considered in lieu of degree



  • 3-5 years of configuration experience in Workday



  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Workday and cloud-based software applications
