The Assistant Account Executive plays a pivotal role in orchestrating and managing projects across our various brand partners to ensure the continued success and health of those accounts. This multifaceted position involves overseeing talent partnerships, coordinating campaigns, ensuring brand alignment, and optimizing campaign performance. Key responsibilities and qualifications from the provided entries include:




Campaign Management:



  • Aiding in influencer and social campaigns, maintaining timelines and deadlines, content quality, and communication with talent and internal/external teams.

  • Source and recommend talent, building lists tailored to campaign objectives and niche requirements.

  • Conduct outreach and execute contracts to secure partnerships for monthly campaigns.

  • Review and manage content deliverables with a strong attention to detail

  • Help track costs, shipping, and product orders, ensuring real-time accuracy and timely execution.

  • Monitor campaign performance, compile data, and derive actionable insights for campaign optimization and reporting.

  • Liaise between brands, internal teams, and influencers

  • Provide comprehensive and timely updates to internal and external teams, handling status calls, and preparing reports.





Content Oversight:



  • Review and provide feedback on content submissions, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.

  • Help develop trend-driven briefs, aligning product focus with current market trends for influencer content.

  • Proactively suggest new approaches, brainstorm innovative ideas, and stay updated on industry trends.

  • Analyze post-campaign reports, gather metrics, and craft detailed reports for campaign performance assessment and future planning.





Administrative and Miscellaneous:



  • Maintain organized platforms and documentation for project tracking and content repository.

  • Handle miscellaneous tasks such as product shipment coordination, report vetting, and data management.





Qualifications:



  • Proficiency in managing timelines, tracking budgets, and multitasking across simultaneous campaigns.

  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions, team collaboration, and talent management.

  • Analytical and strategic mindset to derive actionable insights from campaign performance data.

  • Adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Familiarity with industry tools/platforms is beneficial.










The salary range for this role is $35K - $45K, dependent on experience and geolocation. This role is great for a dynamic individual capable of multitasking, managing relationships, and delivering results-driven campaigns aligned with brand goals. This is meant to be an entry level position for someone looking to break into the social media and marketing industry!
