What we offer:


  • Full time permanent, hybrid (work at the office minimum 2 days a week)

  • $25.00 per hour, 40-hour week

  • Ability to participate in employee ownership program

What you will do:


  • Process, track and record invoices and payments in an accurate, efficient and timely manner

  • Administrative services to ensure compliance, accuracy and efficiency

  • Review information submitted by operations for accuracy and completeness

  • Reconcile progress billing to contract requirements

  • Validate chargeable amounts based on contact agreements

  • Create invoices and supporting documents

  • Holdback invoicing and reconciliation

  • Optimize company cash flow by timely deposit and posting of payments

  • Maintain professional relations with internal and external stakeholders

  • Provide data and reports to management regarding weekly and monthly revenue

  • Other duties as assigned and required




What you will bring to the job:


  • 2-4 years’ experience in an accounts receivable position

  • Diploma or certificate in accounting or bookkeeping or equivalent

  • Proficient data entry skills

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to adapt to change and manage stress

  • Must have your own vehicle as the office is not on a transit route
