The Director of Enterprise Sales for AutoCamp & Field Station will be a strategic and key member of the sales team. This position is responsible for the oversight and performance of the enterprise sales team as well as directly responsible for driving revenues from key accounts as assigned. Your primary role will be to hire, train, lead a team of Enterprise Sales Directors who are focused on proactive sales efforts within a geographical territory, assigned to specific industry/vertical markets. Through proactive sales efforts including outside sales calls, prospecting calls, tradeshow and event attendance you and your team will target opportunities to drive group and event revenue with an emphasis on impacting shoulder and off season at all properties in the AutoCamp and Field Station collection. A successful Corporate Dir. of Enterprise Sales must be a self-starter with extensive experience in outbound sales and deep-rooted client relationships and territory knowledge. Candidates must be located in the contiguous United States and within driving distance of a major airport.

Located in some of the most iconic outdoor destinations, Field Station makes it even easier for everyone to get outside more often. Our first location opened in Moab, Utah in Spring 2023.

Requirements:

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:



  • Hire, train, lead, mentor, and drive performance through the Enterprise Sale Team

  • Focus on revenue generation for groups and events, removing obstacles to the teams success

  • Foster a culture of teamwork between the Enterprise and Property sales teams

  • Promote/Manage the relationship between AutoCamp / Field Station and third parties such as Teneo and HelmsBriscoe to increase lead volume and bookings

  • Meet and exceed individual and enterprise team goals for activity and productivity/revenue generation

  • Nurture relationships with key accounts to promote repeat business and referrals

  • Identify new and existing key accounts and build a strategic plan to expand business opportunities within those accounts.

  • Aggressively pursue new accounts/business on a regular basis by prospecting, conducting client visits and raising awareness of the AutoCamp / Field Station collection through virtual and in person presentations, proactive solicitation, industry event and tradeshow attendance

  • Adhere to AutoCamp/Field Station processes and procedures


DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE



  • At least 5 years of hotel group sales and catering experience preferably high-end boutique or resort destinations

  • Multi-property group sales experience

  • Prior team leadership experience

  • Relationships with and knowledge of companies, organizations and entities within assigned territory and industry/vertical markets

  • Track record success within a fast paced and revenue focused sales department.

  • A demonstrated ability to foster long term-sales relationships.

  • Ability and desire to prospect and secure new business opportunities.

  • Experience selling destination resorts and boutique/luxury markets is a plus.

  • A proactive sales approach and a natural drive to succeed

  • Demonstrated ability and track record of consistently exceeding sales goals.


EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERENCES



  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Be a highly effective communicator who knows how to lead and mentor a team.

  • Be skilled in relationship management

  • Possess critical evaluation skills.

  • Have the ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion.

  • Be a MacGyver, able to find solutions when issues arise.

  • Be able and willing to travel on regular basis.

  • Possess a valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
