Learning and Development Consultant

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

We are seeking a Learning & Development Consultant with a background in corporate retail settings and a good grasp of change management methods. This role involves conducting effective capability and capacity planning, designing and implementing effective learning strategies, facilitating organizational change initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assess learning needs and develop tailored learning strategies for our corporate retail environment.


• Design and deliver engaging learning programs and materials.


• Support organizational change initiatives by applying change management principles.


• Partner with HR and other departments to align learning initiatives with business goals.


• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and provide recommendations for improvement.


• Provide coaching and support to leaders and employees to promote a culture of learning and development.


• Conduct capability and capacity planning assessments to ensure that the organization has the necessary resources and skills to support learning and development initiatives during periods of change.


• Develop usage scenarios to illustrate how new processes, technologies, or systems will be utilized in the context of employees' daily tasks and responsibilities.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key stakeholders and establish clear communication channels to facilitate buy-in and engagement throughout the change process
