Working in an exciting, fast-paced environment, the Technical Program Manager will be responsible for collaborating on technical aspects of the Cybersecurity Team roadmap initiatives and integrating new or enhancing technical controls across the enterprise. This role will drive strategic cybersecurity roadmap initiatives to successful completion. It will require management of open issues and cross-functional collaboration to determine remedies when necessary



Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Planning and Execution

    • Initiate and oversee portfolio development and implementation.

    • Drive technical solutions to address and implement Cybersecurity Roadmap initiatives and projects.

    • Synchronize strategic directives across the Cybersecurity Team.

    • Inspect, collect, and assess security, compliance, standards, risks, and value gaps as initiatives are planned, designed, and integrated.

    • Manage all elements of project plans, including resource coordination, planning scope, deliverables, and schedules.


  • Problem Solving and Collaboration

    • Act as an advocate for internal customers throughout all stages of a project.

    • Partner with product managers, engineers, executive management, and all other functional groups (Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Clinical, etc.) to align initiatives with the cybersecurity roadmap

    • Manage open issues and work cross-functionally to determine remedies when necessary.


  • Documenting and Reporting

    • Use appropriate tools—such as ticketing systems, Kanban boards, or other technologies—for task planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.

    • Assist with strategic, long-term planning impacting Teladoc's Cybersecurity team.

    • Report to and work with the cybersecurity leadership team to report progress and propose revisions to roadmap implementation plans

    • Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of program status and progress.

    • Recommend and implement solutions for improvement and risk mitigation.





Qualifications Expected for Position


  • 5+ years experience in a similar role

  • Expertise in developing detailed plans for complex projects involving challenging requirements, limited resources, and fixed deadlines

  • Experience leading successful change management initiatives

  • Strong program, project management, and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail

  • A solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and controls

  • A proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results

  • A dynamic, results-oriented drive for efficiency

  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills

  • A self-starter approach with the ability to manage priorities across multiple simultaneous, high-profile projects without micro-management

  • Experience using multiple project and task management platforms, such as Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, and SharePoint

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare and present reports to upper management




The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here
