Position Summary:


The HR Technology Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the support and implementation of UKG, including requirements gathering, process design, system configuration, testing, and go-live. Post go-live, this position will own technical support for UKG Pro and WFM and ensure that business objectives and initiatives are operationalized with the best possible technological solution. The HR Technology Analyst will deliver enhancements, lead implementations and troubleshoot production issues.



Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Assists in the development, implementation, communication, maintenance and administration of HR applications programs and processes.

  • Ensures data integrity, testing of issues and system changes, audits, analyzes data flows for process improvement opportunities and completes documentation on system and various modifications.

  • Provides support, technical issue resolution, process design, application configuration, super- and end-user training, testing support and go-live support.

  • Collaborate with both internal stakeholders (e.g., IT, payroll team, benefits team, etc.) and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements and new modules/systems, and optimize the functionality of the HCM system and the data integrations to other internal and/or third-party systems.

  • Document HR Technology processes and provide technical support and training to our end users to maximize the effective and efficient use of the HCM system.

  • Provides product and subject matter expertise to business partners.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in HRIS and recommend improvements and innovations to meet the changing needs of the organization.



Education/Certification:



  • Bachelor’s degree in IT / Business or related field.



Experience:



  • At least three years related experience required.

  • Strong experience/expertise supporting UKG (Ultimate Software) as an HRIS Analyst.

  • Strong BI reporting writing experience skills in UKG.

  • Attention to detail to document system processes and configuration accurately and effectively.

  • Working knowledge of Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits Administration.



Skills:



  • Advanced UKG Pro (UltiPro) and WFM (Kronos) experience, knowledge and proficiency required.

  • Advanced Cognos Business Intelligence Reporting experience strongly preferred.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong configuration acumen with an understanding of principles, standards, and best practices.

  • Advanced proficiency of data processing and manipulation in Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to work as part of a team with clear verbal and written communication.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.

  • Capable of working independently with proper direction provided from management.

  • Adaptable to rapidly changing environment utilizing good time management and prioritization skills when presented with competing deliverable requests.

  • Intermediate understanding of technology challenges, system interfaces and delivery/execution
  • Basic project management experience
