Job Description:

Responsibilities: Lead multi-disciplined teams in the design and implementation of the cybersecurity system architecture. Able to apply cyber security standards, directives, guidance and policies to a cloud architectural framework. Compile industry best practices and lessons learned into future iterations and new designs for the cloud hosting environment. Provide broad based experience in the systems engineering lifecycle and specific cyber security initiatives relating to cloud architectural design and development


Resolve cloud architecture implementation issues during integration and test. Interface with different entities - internal and external to the enterprise



Experience:



Ten years IT experience of which 2 years must be in Cloud environment


MA/MS - 6 years or related experience


Doctorate Degree/Ph.D. - 4 years of related experience



Demonstrated expertise in Cloud Migration, Building Cloud Infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure Automation and Orchestration and providing Operations support for Hybrid Cloud hosted infrastructure and applications. Experience in providing Analysis of Alternatives for tools and capabilities from various on premise, Cloud-based, and hybrid resources

Expert knowledge of Infrastructure as Code Automation using Cloud-native (AWS CloudFormation), open-source (Terraform) technologies

Expert knowledge of configuring AWS cloud native services for access control, IAM, security, logging, monitoring, DevSecOps, Testing, Compliance

Solid understanding of and experience implementing and integrating CI/CD Tools from the ground up, such as Atlassian (JIRA and Confluence), GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory, Docker, Kubernetes, Selenium, SonarQube, Gatling, JMeter, JUnit, Jaws, NetSparker, OWASP ZAP, Tenable Nessus, Splunk, Prometheus, CloudWatch, New Relic, Grafana. Experience with Docker containerized application deployment and monitoring, cluster management Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and DevSecOps methodologies



Certifications (Mandatory): AWS Developer - Associate or AWS Solutions Architect - Associate or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate

Certifications (Preferred): AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional

The likely salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range
