Key Duties
- Set up and operate polishing, grinding, and finishing machines.
- Inspect finished parts for defects and quality issues.
- Rework or repair damaged items to meet specifications.
- Maintain and support equipment performance and cleanliness.
- Complete and maintain production records.
- Follow safe work practices and all relevant safety procedures.
- Hands-on experience with metal polishing, grinding, and finishing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify surface defects.
- Ability to perform rework and basic troubleshooting of work quality issues.
- Knowledge of equipment care and safe operation practices.
- Ability to document production activity accurately.
