Position Overview
In this position, the Manager, Finance (Inventory Finance), will be expected to provide total financial leadership, direction and analysis for their respective business units. The Manager, Finance (Inventory Finance), is the CFO in all regards for the following finance functions: inventory analysis, private brands, rebate/coop, and marketing analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead inventory financial planning, forecasting and reporting.
- Coordinating, participating and financial tracking of all vendor rebate/coop
- Influence all marketing and promotional activity to optimize return on marketing spend, as well as sales, gross margin & inventory performance.
- Private Brands financial management, analysis and optimization.
- Manage development, implementation and training of Finance IT tools.
- Competitive analysis and insight.
- Provide analysis to support decision making and risk/opportunity identification
- Develop ad-hoc projects, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Lead and develop a team of financial analysts
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of the reporting systems.
