CHANGE Lingerie is looking for an experienced, sales-driven Store Manager to lead our Queen Street boutique in Toronto.

Through personalized bra fittings, attentive service, and an extensive size range, we help clients find lingerie that fits their bodies, needs, and personal style. As Store Manager, you will bring that experience to life while taking ownership of daily store operations and team performance.
What you’ll do
Drive sales and store performance
- Lead the team toward individual and store sales targets through active selling and coaching on the sales floor.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities, and implement practical action plans.
- Manage staff scheduling and labour hours within approved budgets while supporting customer service and store coverage.
- Build client loyalty through personalized service, product recommendations, and consistent follow-up.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training to build a capable, engaged team.
- Set clear expectations and provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance follow-up.
- Develop team members’ confidence in sales, product knowledge, and professional bra fittings.
- Create a respectful, accountable workplace where employees feel supported and understand their goals.
- Identify development opportunities and support employees as they grow within CHANGE.
- Lead by example through welcoming, attentive, and personalized customer service.
- Provide professional bra fittings with care for each client’s comfort and privacy.
- Help clients discover products suited to their individual needs.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Oversee deliveries, stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention procedures.
- Ensure accurate point-of-sale (POS) transactions, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe boutique.
- Apply company policies consistently and communicate staffing, operational, and safety concerns promptly.
- A minimum of three years of retail management experience, with responsibility for sales results, team leadership, and daily store operations.
- A track record of achieving sales targets and using KPIs to improve performance.
- Experience coaching employees, providing feedback, and supporting team development.
- Strong skills in scheduling, prioritization, problem-solving, and organization.
- A hands-on leadership style and confidence working alongside your team on the sales floor.
- Clear communication skills and a thoughtful approach to customer service.
- Availability to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in lingerie, fashion, specialty retail, or consultative selling is an asset.
