Maintain property grounds, common areas, and amenities to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive community.
Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities.
- Perform basic landscaping and seasonal snow/ice removal.
- Inspect and replace exterior lighting.
- Maintain tools and equipment.
- Respond to resident requests and report safety concerns.
- Follow company safety policies and OSHA standards.
- Assist with painting, apartment make-readies, and other maintenance tasks.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to operate basic maintenance and landscaping equipment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
