Position Overview
We need a rockstar BDR who crushes quotas! Our BDR team is the heartbeat of our business growth, finding new, quality opportunities and creating a “top of funnel” pipeline for our Account Executives.
Your communication skills? Top-notch. You’re a pro with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator. Bonus points if you know the Microsoft tech stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify key target accounts.
- Conduct research to compile contact lists for campaigns.
- Execute multi-step sales campaigns.
- Align messaging with target audiences and their challenges.
- Source SQLs through outbound calls, emails, and inbound follow-up.
- Gather customer and market insights to refine outreach strategies.
- Leverage marketing, partner, and sales assets.
- Meet activity and opportunity quotas.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Highly motivated and success-driven in a team environment.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Strong objection handling skills.
- IT industry experience is a plus.
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
