Location: 5500 Grossmont Center Dr, La Mesa CA 91942
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (40 hours per week)
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, Paid Weekly

What You’ll Do As a Field Tech I
As a Field Tech, you’ll be the eyes and ears of the property, making sure everything looks its best:
- Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day
- General Routine inspection of all buildings for signs needing repairs
- Facilitate issues between units at times, as needed
- Clean pool area, restrooms, and high-traffic areas
- Perform and post for water shut-offs for plumbers as needed
- Facilitate as needed to coordinate with various vendors throughout the year
- Walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness
- Perform various small, handy tasks, such as painting, light bulb and fixture repairs, stucco, drywall, etc.
- Always use required safety equipment (we’ve got you covered!)
What We’re Looking For
You Might Be a Great Fit If You Are
- A strong communicator in English or Spanish – both written and verbal
- Experience performing skilled labor such as drywall patching, touch-up painting, changing light bulbs, replacing fixtures, etc.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Familiar with using a mobile device (such as a cell phone or tablet) regularly for time keeping and document review
- Enjoys providing friendly customer service
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Physically active and enjoy being on your feet outdoors
- Experienced in janitorial, custodial, or porter work (preferred—but not required!)
- On your feet throughout the shift
- Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Walking up stairs and in large properties regularly
- Able to climb a ladder
