What You'll Do
- Maintain the appearance of apartment grounds, parking lots, sidewalks, patios, mailbox areas, and common spaces.
- Assist with apartment turnovers and preparing units for new residents.
- Perform light landscaping duties.
- Assist maintenance technicians with moving equipment and supplies as needed
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Good communication, positive attitude and customer service skills.
- Groundskeeping, custodial, landscaping, or maintenance experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Valid driver's license, reliable insured transportation, and the ability to travel between multiple properties daily (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Comfortable using a smartphone and email for daily communication.
Compensation & Schedule
- $21/hour
- Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- 13 Paid Holidays
