Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Azure Databricks, PySpark, SQL
- Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- ETL/ELT pipeline development and orchestration
- Data ingestion and integration from SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, and enterprise applications
- Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
- Delta Lake optimization and Spark performance tuning
- CI/CD using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
- Data quality, governance, security, and compliance
- Production support and root cause analysis
- Architecture modernization and mentoring of junior engineers
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and PySpark
- Experience designing scalable enterprise data platforms
- Exposure to cloud-based data modernization initiatives
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
