Pharmacy Manager – Chatham, Ontario

Are you a motivated pharmacist ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Pharmacy Manager (Designated Manager) to lead daily pharmacy operations in Chatham and oversee a supportive team in a Kroll-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflows
- Lead, support, and coordinate the pharmacy support team
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations and professional standards
- Provide high-quality patient care and pharmaceutical services
- Maintain effective dispensing processes and operational standards using Kroll
Requirements
- Licensed pharmacist eligible to serve as a Designated Manager in Ontario
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to patient safety and excellent customer service
- Kroll experience is an asset
Store Hours
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM–3:00 PM
