Cooper Farms is hiring 1 shift Utility Crew Technician team member at our C-1 facility in Oakwood, Ohio (Paulding County). No experience is required. We provide all the training you need to succeed.

Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $19.35/hour
- Increase to $21.30 /hour after 90 days
- Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
- Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 6:00am-2:00pm
- May require some Weekends
- Haul manure and turkeys when needed
- Assist the Clean Out Crew when needed
- Assist in mowing, chopping, and plowing snow as needed
- Power wash trucks, trailers, and other equipment
What We're Looking For
- Must be a least 18 years old
- Must maintain a clean driving record
- Must obtain a medical certificate
- Must have general knowledge of machinery and maintenance skills
- Must be able to maneuver large vehicles/equipment
