As Store Manager, you’ll run your store like it’s your own business: serving your local community, developing your team, driving performance, and making your store the best place to work and shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial & Business Growth: Treat the store as your own business. Find innovative ways to boost sales, enhance product offerings, and manage costs effectively.
- Exceptional Customer Experience: Lead from the front to deliver high-quality service aligned with the trusted Morrisons brand promise.
- Team Leadership & Development: Champion an inclusive workplace culture. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing career progression for your team.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain top-tier store standards, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and operational guidelines.
- Community Engagement: Build genuine relationships with local residents and ensure your store serves as a helpful hub for the neighborhood.
