The Account Executive will serve as the primary liaison between assigned clients and internal work groups, responsible for preparing customer specifications for all product requirements and facilitating on-time delivery of tickets and other game deliverables.

- Ensuring customer specifications accurately reflect the customers' requirements
- Ensuring timely responses to customer requests
- Ensuring timely, error-free preparation and approvals of artwork, customer specifications, Kodak proofs etc. to keep game orders on schedule.
- Representing the customer's perspective in internal discussions.
- Building and maintaining solid customer relationships to help grow our business with lotteries
- Participating in the development of product marketing strategies for customers.
- Acting as client contact on daily management of projects and correspondence
- A self-starter with outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- A highly motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced, deadline driven environments.
- A strong relationship builder adept at working collaboratively within a team setting.
- A go-getter who dives in, takes the initiative and is skilled at balancing client needs and expectations.
- Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field.
- 3+ years' experience in an administrative or project coordination role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously and operate with flexibility in the presence of shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Prior lottery industry experience is considered an asset.
