The Maintenance Worker D performs facility maintenance requirements.
Keep facility areas clean and in an orderly condition. Work successfully
with co-workers, customers, contractors, and others. Understand and
follow instructions, both verbal and written. Understand instructions
for tasks using basic maintenance and communication skills.

- Perform low-level PMs and tickets
