Hourly Rate (Non-Exempt): $20.00 - $23.00/per hour (DOE)
Work Schedule (Monday-Friday) 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. or *11:15 p.m. - 7:15 a.m

- High School Diploma or GED
- Six (6+) months of experience in manufacturing/production environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Basic computer skills
- Math skills in Algebra and Geometry
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous hands-on experience with electrical/mechanical tools and test equipment
- At least 3+ years' experience in programming, maintaining, troubleshooting, set-up and operation of drilling machines (Excellon and EVO/Pluritec).
- Previous experience in an electronic component manufacturing environment
- Programming, Set-up and Operation of Drill/Router machine (EVO)
- Troubleshoot drill machine(s) and process related issues
- Measurements of parts using caliper, micrometer, XYZ table and etc.
- Inspection of parts using Microscope and other optical inspection tools and verify they meet specifications.
- Operate the Cutting machinery according to specifications.
- Perform bar counting and visual inspections.
- Research, order and prepare spare parts for all drill machine(s) as needed.
- Maintain equipment and machinery clean.
- Complete documentation and records.
- Work area is to be kept clean and neat at all times

- Standing/Walking up to 80% of shift; Sitting up to 20% of shift.
- Bending/Twisting of neck and waist up to 80% of shift.
- Reaching above and/or below shoulder level up to 90% of shift.
- Lift, push, pull and/or move - up to 40 lbs. for 10% of shift.
- Simple hand grasping up to 90% of shift; Fine hand manipulation 10% of shift.
- Will occasionally work in fast paced environment and demonstrate adaptability.
- Must understand and follow a set of clear verbal and/or written procedures without deviation.
- Must adhere to a provided work schedule to meet a set of qualitative production standards.
- Interact with co-workers to complete tasks.
