Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and creating meaningful customer connections.
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food products according to company recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment for customers and team members.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations during busy and peak periods.
- Follow all health, safety, food handling, and cash-handling procedures to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
- Demonstrate reliability through regular attendance, punctuality, and a positive, professional attitude.
Qualifications:
- No previous experience required; customer service, retail, or food service experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks, processes, and customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and positive during busy periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and food safety standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including most of the scheduled shift.
