- Provide legal and administrative support to lawyers
- Prepare, format, and organize legal documents and productions
- Assist with litigation files, court materials, and deadlines
- Draft correspondence, summaries, and other documents
- Ensure documents comply with court rules and firm standards
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 3-5 years of strong civil litigation experience; insurance defence experience is an asset
- Good understanding of litigation procedures and legal documentation
- Strong writing, communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and legal software
- Law Clerk, Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or related education preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with discretion
