The Role
You'll be the first conversation founders, CMOs, and ecommerce leaders have with us. Your job is to reach the right decision makers, understand where TikTok Shop fits their growth, and book qualified calls for our Account Executives.
What You'll Do
- Work inbound leads and our existing lead database by phone, with high call volume every day
- Respond fast to every new inbound lead
- Get past gatekeepers and reach the real decision maker
- Follow up with no shows and bring dormant opportunities back to life
- Qualify each prospect before they go on an Account Executive's calendar
- Keep clean notes and a next step on every lead in the CRM
- Work closely with the Account Executives to keep raising appointment quality
What We're Looking For
- Experience in outbound appointment setting, SDR work, cold calling, or high volume phone sales
- Comfortable on the phone most of the day, and rejection doesn't slow you down
- Builds rapport fast with people who weren't expecting your call
- Confident talking to founders, CMOs, and experienced operators
- Understands ecommerce and digital marketing well enough to hold a real conversation
- Asks good questions instead of reading a script
- Relentless with follow up and keeps a clean CRM without being chased
- Takes coaching and wants income tied to results
Compensation
Monthly base plus uncapped commission on the deals you source. We walk through the full plan in the interview.
