FLOOR TECHNICIAN — FULL TIME
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Annual equivalent: $37,440/year based on 40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Perform professional floor care, including:
- Carpet cleaning
- Tile and hard-floor care
- Auto scrubbing
- Strip & wax
- Buffing
- Provide fill-in cleaning as needed
- Complete special projects such as:
- Exterior window cleaning
- Construction clean-ups
- Tenant move-out cleaning
- Other specialty cleaning projects
- Take before-and-after photos for quality control
- Communicate with supervisors and managers regarding building access and job concerns
- Help resolve customer concerns as directed by your supervisor
- Properly use, maintain, and report issues with company equipment
- Assist with company vehicles and equipment as needed
We're looking for someone who is:
- Dependable and ready to work
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in a job well done
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Able to communicate clearly with supervisors and managers
- Willing to learn and take on different types of cleaning projects
- Responsible with company vehicles, keys, and equipment
Company-Sponsored Health Care
After a 90-day waiting period, employees who consistently meet the 40-hour/week eligibility requirement may become eligible for the company-sponsored health care program.

Eligible after 1 year of employment and completion of 1,000 hours worked.
