Operations Supervisor
- Help the leadership team with a variety of tasks that support the efficient functioning of the operation
- Keep work area and all surrounding areas clean
- Report all unsafe work conditions or equipment issues immediately to supervisor
- May be responsible to attend to the outside perimeter of the facility, performing various clean up tasks
- Attend and participate in safety meetings
- Wear required personal protective equipment at all times
- May perform janitorial duties, as requested
- Perform other job duties as assigned
- High school diploma preferred
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
- Requires working in dusty and noisy indoor and outdoor conditions
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; more than 50 pounds requires asking for a “team lift”
- Requires working in a physical environment that will expose employee to extreme weather conditions
- Requires working for long periods of time while standing; may also frequently bend, squat or go up and down stairs or walk along platforms
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Will work around heavy equipment that may move in and out of the area; must have awareness of the surrounding heavy industrial environment
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
- Occasionally required to stand and walk
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
