What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for stylists who are confident behind the chair, passionate about beauty, and genuinely enjoy making people feel their best.
Our ideal stylist has
- A current and valid cosmetology license in the state where you are applying
- A genuine passion for beauty and exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow
- Motivation to succeed and take pride in your work
- The ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment
- A passion for creating a memorable experience — not just a great hairstyle
