- Perform detailing services that exceed customer’s needs.
- Adhere to processes and procedures while administering professional cleaning chemicals to surfaces.
- Advanced ability to operate automatic and manual vehicles as required.
- Execute the washing, waxing, and buffing of vehicles to company standards.
- Clean vehicle windows inside and out, while considering the proper cleaning products when tinting agents have been applied to windows.
- Initiate visual inspections of the interior and exterior of the vehicle once all tasks are completed to ensure that the product meets customer and company standards.
- Organize cleaning tools and equipment to maintain a clean work station.
- Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
- Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
- Other duties as required by management.
- Minimum 1 year of automotive detailer experience is required.
- Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
- Capable of working in a collaborative environment while providing a positive attitude.
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- Experience in detailing vehicles using professional cleaning chemicals.
- Experienced in all aspects of vehicle reconditioning.
- Experience in buffing vehicles.
- Ability to utilize power tools while maintaining safety practices and procedures.
- Ability to perform multiple duties in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.

Compensation (expected flat hourly rate): $20.00 - $22.00 per hour under our skilled trades flat-rate (piece work) compensation plan.
Expected annual earnings: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, based on historical earnings at this location and typical productivity; actual earnings vary based on individual output and service department repair order volumes.
