FULL TIME HOUSEKEEPER
$16.50 – $17.70/hour | Full Time Days with Weekend Rotation | Non-Exempt
Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton’s leading full-service senior living community. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper who takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members.

What You’ll Do
- Clean resident homes and guest rooms according to established Touchmark standards.
- Clean and maintain common areas, including building entrances, lobbies, dining areas, and public restrooms.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment throughout the community.
- Identify and report maintenance needs such as burned-out light bulbs, damaged flooring, stained ceiling tiles, or other repair needs.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment and safe work practices when handling cleaning chemicals, hazardous materials, infectious waste, and body substances.
- Work independently and collaboratively with other team members to complete daily assignments.
- Interact with residents, families, guests, and coworkers with patience, professionalism, flexibility, and hospitality.
- Attend required meetings and assist with other housekeeping duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, particularly in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, hotels, resorts, or a similar environment.
- A strong desire to work with and around older adults.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
- Comfort working in an environment where pets may be present.
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing and walking for extended periods, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or other shifts as needed.
