Our team in Sioux City is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Porter who is a self-starter to help keep our communities clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.

- $18.00–$20.00 per hour DOE
- Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses

- Clean and organize interior spaces (ie: offices, bathrooms, hallways, fitness centers)
- Help with trash removal and preparing vacant units for new residents
- Maintain curb appeal
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as painting, repairs, and unit turns
- Support seasonal tasks (snow removal, pool upkeep, etc.)
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns
- 6+ months of experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or similar work
- Commercial cleaning a plus
- A proactive, detail-focused, and dependable team player
- Basic knowledge of property operations/maintenance a plus
- Strong work ethic and pride in a job well done
