We are currently seeking a Full-Time Permanent Reservations Agent to join our team in St. John's, NL!
Job Duties:
- Quote fares and book flights for customers
- Provide customers with necessary information connected with flights
- Communicate with customers to determine individual needs
- Address Customer Service issues with empathy and understanding
- Must be able to multi-task
- Provide general information on PAL Airlines policies and procedures
- Must make use of excellent communication and sales skills
- When necessary, identify and implement solutions to meet evolving industry and customer needs
- Other duties as assigned
- Completion of secondary schooling in a related field is required
- 1+ years of customer service experience is required
- 1+ years of technical support experience is preferred
- Experience in Travel and Tourism is preferred
- Travel privileges with PAL and its network
