- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
- General labor or construction experience required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
- Understanding of construction site safety or willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to safely wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Perform daily jobsite cleanup by removing debris, trash, and construction waste
- Maintain clean, safe, and accessible work areas for subcontractors and site personnel
- Assist with unloading, receiving, and organizing materials and deliveries
- Move materials, tools, and equipment throughout the jobsite as directed
- Support Superintendents and subcontractors with general jobsite tasks
- Follow all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and PPE standards
- Report unsafe conditions or jobsite hazards immediately to field leadership
- Help maintain an organized, professional, and efficient construction site
- Perform other duties as assigned
