Responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the mailroom, including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages, as well as maintaining records of all incoming and outgoing deliveries. Must have excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This position ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
Responsibilities
- Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments.
- Maintains accurate logs and records of incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Prepares and sends outgoing mail, including arranging courier services when necessary.
- Handles confidential and time-sensitive information securely.
- Operates and maintains mailroom equipment, such as postage meters, scanners, and shredders.
- Coordinates with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient mail services.
- Assists with special mailing projects, as needed.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
- High School Degree or equivalent preferred, and/or one (1) year of related experience.
- Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred.
- Prior experience in a mailroom or similar role preferred.

Base salary is one piece of our total rewards package and is structured within a range so you can progress as you grow in the role. For this position, the anticipated annual base salary range is $18.27 to $22.00. Actual compensation will depend on your skills, experience, qualifications, and the work location tied to our geographic pay structure
