Associate, Operations Utility

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The purpose of this job is to keep the warehouse clean and in orderly condition.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Performs general housekeeping as directed.
• Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, and/or scrubbing.
• Supports and follows all Loss Prevention and Safety policies, procedures, programs, and initiatives.
• Performs monthly, quarterly, and annual preventive maintenance (PM) tasks as assigned.
• leans and maintains floor scrubber equipment to ensure proper operation. Works with Tennant and Maintenance regarding operational issues with the equipment. 
• Maintains accurate inventory of propane used for floor scrubbers and communicates replenishment needs, as necessary.
• Assists with Case Seal operations on high-volume days or as needed based on business demands.
• Maintains flexibility with work hours and shift assignments during Safety Week, including working additional hours and supporting various shifts as needed.
• Cleans exterior lower-level windows on the west and north sides of the building.
• Daily computer usage. 
• Daily motorized cart usage.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Entry level; zero years of relevant work experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Warehouse environment, subject to moderate temperature changes. There are minimal health hazards due to working on or around a forklift.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
