Salary: 18$/per hour
Responsibilities
When your actions lead to success:
- Receive production orders and job assignments from the supervisor.
- Review laminating instructions on the production docket and verify them against samples and blueprints.
- Assist with the setup and operation of hot and cold laminators.
- Load and unload materials and rolls using proper material-handling procedures.
- Monitor production and perform quality checks throughout the run.
- Inspect first impressions and finished products for defects such as bubbles, creases, curls, and other imperfections.
- Make adjustments as required to maintain product quality.
- Keep the work area and equipment clean and organized.
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
When your expertise drives us:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an asset.
- Experience in the printing or graphic arts industry is an asset.
- Graphic Arts education or training is an asset.
