Telecommut
Employees who work in maintenance are responsible for floors, ceilings, lights, equipment, furniture, walls, playgrounds, etc. It is their duty to ascertain that all items are in good repair and good working condition. Daily mopping, cleaning, dusting, and trash detail may also be included. Multiple sites to care for. In addition, this person would see to it that all items needing to be repaired and in working order are done so in timely manner. Additionally, he or she may be called upon for lawn, septic or holiday maintenance work. This person will also attend to ordering, stocking, and inventory of weekly paper stock. Professional development may apply. Additional duties may be deemed necessary as assigned by Administration/Owners.
