You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and work with the other maintenance and property staff.
The hourly pay for this role is $17.50 an hour, plus commission.
Responsibilities
- Be a helpful resource for residents
- Support the maintenance team
- Daily on-site trash collection
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Suggest ideas for property improvement
- No prior experience is required for this entry-level position
- Customer service focused
