- Lead the team in achieving store goals for sales, margin, conversion and other key measures
- Coach and develop team members to strengthen individual and store performance
- Build an engaged, accountable team through feedback, recognition and performance management
- Lead team meetings, training and performance discussions
- Coach the team on the Ashley Sales Approach, product knowledge, promotions and guest engagement
- Review performance trends and implement action plans
- Ensure every guest receives exceptional service
- Partner with the General Sales Manager and Store Operations Team on store priorities
- Maintain showroom standards and ensure policies and processes are followed
- Support the attraction, onboarding and retention of a strong team
- 3–5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in retail or hospitality
- Experience coaching a team accountable for performance targets
- Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to interpret results and turn them into clear actions
- Post-secondary education is an asset; equivalent experience will be considered
- Availability for days, evenings and weekends
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check may be required
