What You'll Own
Set the vibe from the start - Welcome every customer with confidence and positive energy. Answer questions, guide their experience, and make them feel taken care of from the first interaction.
Obsess over the details - A clean, organized lot is non-negotiable. Keep the space sharp, safe, and ready — because how it looks is how we're remembered.
Deliver on the shine standard - Inspect vehicles with intention and pride. Every car leaves meeting our quality standards — no exceptions.
Solve it before it becomes a problem - Spot hazards, identify what needs doing, and handle it without waiting to be asked. Proactive judgment is what separates good from great.
Win as a team - Communicate, support, and step in alongside Tunnel Operators and leaders to keep everything running strong.
Stay ready, stay stocked - Own your space — keep towels stocked, supplies ready, and the site running smoothly behind the scenes.
