- We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to join a growing construction team. In this role, you will prepare accurate project estimates, analyze drawings and specifications, and collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to deliver competitive and profitable bids.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates using Bluebeam and other estimating software.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine project scope.
- Develop accurate pricing for materials, labor, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors throughout the bidding process.
- Update estimates as project requirements change.
- Assist with project budgets, timelines, and cost analysis.
- Support change order pricing and maintain organized estimating documentation.
- Manage multiple bids while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator.
- Strong proficiency with Bluebeam and construction estimating software.
- Solid understanding of commercial roofing systems, construction methods, and material pricing.
- Experience preparing competitive bids and negotiating with subcontractors.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related education is considered an asset but is not required.
