The Role
As a Residential Install Technician, you get to focus on what you do best: executing high-quality installs and taking great care of customers. You get a dedicated apprentice to handle the heavy lifting, materials, and cleanup--and zero selling or quoting requirements on your end.

- 5+ years of hands-on residential electrical experience.
- Solid expertise in delivering high-quality, code-compliant residential work.
- Valid driver's license with a dependable driving record.
- Strong, friendly communication skills for direct homeowner interaction.
- Comfortable following our standard end-of-job routine (walkthroughs, neighbor intros, and review asks).
- Competitive Base Pay: $26.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on your experience.
